We manage a growing portfolio of properties across the globe. Our passionate team handles operations within our own hotels, as well as those owned by third parties. Plus, we also oversee the asset management for the properties within our collection that are operated by third parties.
Our portfolio now spans four continents and features 32 hotels and over 2,000 rooms. But with new enterprises and partnerships planned for the next few years, there are still big things on the horizon.
History of Shanti
Our history spans over 20 years, but the knowledge and expertise of our team go back even further. Since opening Ananda in the Himalayas back in 2001 under a different name, we've worked tirelessly to develop our portfolio and build a dedicated team that are passionate about delivering exceptional moments to our guests.
Geographic diversity
Our commitment to delivering exceptional moments goes hand in hand with a streak of ambition. We thrive on challenging ourselves and since we were founded in 2004, we’ve sought out investment opportunities in different markets around the world. We currently have properties in London, Edinburgh, New Delhi, Bangalore, Dharamshala, Hyderabad, Pune, Amritsar, Rishikesh, Silvaplana and St. Felix in Mauritius.

Our executive team has decades of experience in private equity investment, property development and luxury hospitality operations. We have collectively worked on hospitality projects all across the world, and across all market segments. Our tight-knit team prides themselves in delivering unparalleled excellence each step along the way in delivering hotel projects from origination to execution.
