CEO, Shanti Hospitality Group
Dhairya Choudhrie
Since 2009, Dhairya has been facilitating the growth of Shanti Hospitality to 32 operational hotels globally, including the successful negotiation of the single largest management contract in India of 1000 keys with Hyatt Hotel Corp.
With the inception of SHMS in 2010, this venture has grown to become one of the largest franchise operations businesses of its kind to date.
As Director of Grandeur Real Estate, he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Alpha G: Corp and then subsequently Alpha G: Corp’s sale to Blackstone in December 2015.
He was also responsible for the team that grew BIG Malls India, with an investment from Lehman Brothers, resulting in the creation of India’s most profitable retail box mall. The company was later sold to Apollo Capital in 2017.
With a passionate interest in tech investing, this has resulted in a fund platform totalling 15 million USD to date.
With a core investment philosophy of an early-stage entry angle, the key focus is to grow talent in technology with a view to globalising Indian companies.

Corine Lee
Corine is responsible for the business development, asset management and operations of the Shanti Collection of hotels. Before joining Shanti Hospitality, Corine held similar responsibilities at Keppel Land Singapore, where she managed private and government site acquisitions, development, and asset management of residential and mixed-use real estate properties.
Corine holds a B.A and B.Sc (Hon) degree from the National University of Singapore and certifications in Valuation from the Singapore Institute of Valuers and in Hotel Investments and Asset Management from the Cornell University.

Navaneetha Krishna
Navaneetha is currently involved in managing Shanti’s portfolio and responsible for underwriting, acquisition, asset optimisation, performance monitoring, branding & re-positioning rollouts.
Mr. Krishna brings vast diverse experience, across geographies, in leading and executing investments and exits in health care, hospitality, real estate and financial services.
Mr. Krishna is CFA® Charterholder.
Sr VP, Project Development
Kunal Malhotra MRICS
As head of projects, Kunal is responsible for overall project management and delivery of SHG’s Design & Technical Services. Constructing detailed development strategies, he manages concept creation, master planning, programming, technical services and site administration to completion and hand over to operations of all SHG projects from new builds to renovations. Kunal is an alumnus of Cornell University & Johnson & Wales University, USA and qualified as MRICS in 2020.

Shishir Damodara
Shishir is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
Shishir has worked in the hospitality, consumer, steel and automotive industries and has wide experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, investment analysis, corporate taxation and risk management.

Aditi Secci Moretti
Aditi brings 20+ years of director-level S&M experience in the Luxury and International industry. She excels in developing comprehensive strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, market research, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and team leadership. She possesses a diverse academic foundation, including a Laurea Magistrale in Oriental Studies, a Hotel Management Master from EU-Europass, and a Master's degree in Global Strategic Marketing and International Relations in Economics Studies.

Rifat Malayil
Rifat oversees the creative and digital aspects of the marketing initiatives for the independent hotels of SHG. With a wealth of experience in branding, digital and print design, video editing and motion graphics, as well as digital marketing and new concept development, Rifat brings a diverse skill set to the team. Despite being a recent addition to Shanti Hospitality, he has already demonstrated his ability to make significant contributions, as evidenced by his work showcased across all our social platforms of each of the luxury international hotels. Rifat is dynamic, a future thinker and driven to explore new avenues to increase Shanti Hospitality's market share among a wider audience.
Senior Executive, Asset Management
Arvo Hartikainen
Arvo works on hotel acquisitions and asset management for Shanti Hospitality, covering European and North American markets. Prior to joining SHG, Arvo worked with Aprirose, L+R and Horwath HTL. He loves scuba diving, travel and property development.
